Melvin Rutledge Photography is a business in the photography industry that sells prints of photographs mainly as fine art prints and license agreements. You are not allowed to reproduce images out of a picture obtained as reprint. For that case you need to purchase a license and one will be provided from Melvin Rutledge Photography.
In addition, any use of the images in this site not expressly authorized by this terms and conditions constitutes copyright infringement, entitling to exercise all rights and remedies under copyright laws around the world. Licensee shall be responsible for any damages resulting from any such copyright infringement. In addition Melvin Rutledge Photography reserves the right to charge and Licensee agrees to pay a fee equal to up to ten (10) times the standard license fee for the unauthorized use of the Licensed Material.

COMMERCIAL:
This license is meant for companies, entrepreneurs or anyone obtaining a commercial benefit out of the picture. Choose this license if you plan to use the picture for advertising, annual report, public relations, catalogue, company web site, etc. The license does not give rights to sublicense; neither transfers the licensed material for use and benefit of third parties
EDITORIAL: COVER
This license is for non-commercial editorial use. Specifically for book and magazine covers and authority of the picture shall be presented in the media (as: © Melvin Rutledge Photography)
EDITORIAL: INTERIOR AND WEB
This license gives rights to use the media for non-commercial purpose in editorial media. Either in the inside pages of books and magazines or in any part of other editorial media such newspapers. Authority of the picture shall be presented in the media (as: © Melvin Rutledge Photography)
PERSONAL USE:
Personal use and /or non-commercial use, you are not allowed to redistribute the picture, or a modified version of that version.
ROYALTY FREE:
Unlimited use. When you license a royalty-free (RF) image, you can use it in any application, for as long as you like, in as many different projects as you like. The license does not give rights to sublicense; neither transfers the licensed material for use and benefit of third parties.
Delivery policy:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 working days or sooner and delivery confirmed by way of email.
Return and Refunds policy:
The provision of goods and services by Melvin Rutledge Photography is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Melvin Rutledge Photography will refund the client in full within an appropriate time frame. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Refunds are generally not given, but damage to products during shipping will be considered.

Melvin Rutledge Photography will store customer details separately from card details, which are entered by the client on Stripe’s secure site.

Responsibility:
Melvin Rutledge Photography takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
